Red Bull went all out this year (the last) and ponied up really nice hotel rooms for the athletes. This is the view from my Hyatt hotel room.

Same room, different angle.

Classic (nowadays anyway).

We broke a lot of cameras this year.

Tom got cute and outfitted his board with seatbelts. Maybe that's what did it for him.

Red Bull brought the starting gates again. Lot's of folks using these for the 1st time.

Pits were again protected by a small wall of hey. Funny, racers kept going around to the right and crashing into the pits anyway (Gerek?!)

An amateur photographer got a little too close to the action. I understand he had sugary to repair a broken leg.

Not quite as bad a Chris's injuries was the ruining of his new leathers. We all feel for ya Chris.
