BAINBRIDGE IS READY FOR THE RACERS!!!! ARE THE RACERS READY FOR BAINBRIDGE???

The County Engineer has his road crews hard at work making certain that Jester hill is ready for the best gravity racers in the world. Everyone that has been there remembers the technical challenge of turn two along with its accelerating exit. You will quickly remember the feeling that you get while racing through the curves down Jester hill, always having to trust that the road will be under you beyond the next rise. There isn't any one that can forget the chicane towards the bottom. I think the only person that has taken it brakeless is Mason when he was on his way to a gold medal after crashing in turn two. This is a truly exciting racecourse and an incredible atmosphere for the World Cup event scheduled for October 18-20. This is the third year for the Bainbridge Grand Prix and the entire county is buzzing with excitement!

The same weekend, the town of Bainbridge is holding the Fall Festival of Leaves. This festival brings in about 250,000 people. There will be plenty of spectators to showcase your gravity racing skills in front of.

So Get Ready For A Great Weekend Of Racing, Here Are The Details:

The race is scheduled for October 18th, 19th and 20th. There will be plenty of time on the hill this year. Practice will be all day on Friday. There will be one practice run on Saturday with qualifying immediately following. Sunday is race day!

We were able to secure 30 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express for the same price as last year. This is a $90 room for $69! It includes a deluxe continental breakfast and an indoor pool. Tell them that you are entering the Bainbridge Grand Prix to get the discounted rate. Their phone is 740-779-2424.

You can fly into Columbus Ohio,(one hour north of the hotel) Dayton Ohio(an hour and a half northwest of the hotel) or Cincinnati Ohio(an hour west of the racecourse and an hour and a half from the hotel). I think most people fly into Columbus.
We are talking with Red Bull and a food distributor to cater food for the athletes and workers. Stay tuned to the message boards and we will keep you in the loop on all of the details.

You can get entry info by emailing me. IGSA has all the details on their site, the link is below. We will have it on f6racing.com soon.

See you all in Bainbridge!
